Portrait of a Whale

In Boston whale watching takes place from May through October. This day we were very lucky. Humpback whales were jumping out of the water. Dolphins were riding along the boat. At one time we could even see the giant back of a Fin Whale . Really cool.

Awesome shot! The blues here are so good, nothing better than seeing (and shooting) whales or dolphins naturally in the wild.

I´ve have seen them in Mozambique last August, but not as close as they were in Boston. They are amazing animals. Never can get enough of them.
